Forsaken EP is the seventh EP released by Dream Theater, and their first digitally released EP, with no physical version being available. It was released in 2008. The EP was created to promote the song Forsaken from the album Systematic Chaos. Forsaken EP is the band's first EP since Through Her Eyes.
