Hell's Kitchen is the sixth track from Dream Theater's fourth studio album, Falling Into Infinity. It was originally an instrumental mid-section for the song Burning My Soul, but the producer suggested that they make Hell's Kitchen's it's own instrumental song.
John Petrucci recorded this song using a 6-string guitar in standard tuning (E-A-D-G-B-E).
